TSH1555G多功能復(fù)合鹽霧測試是一個復(fù)雜的環(huán)境周期腐蝕試驗(yàn),在實(shí)驗(yàn)中,鹽霧/濕潤/干燥周期每天重復(fù)一次。對于該種腐蝕試驗(yàn),應(yīng)使用下面介紹的的三種方法之一。

Toyota Laboratory Accelerated Cyclic Corrosion Test
This test procedure serves as a general purpose atmospheric corrosion test and can be applied to a wide variety of materials, coatings and interactions of materials.
It has been developed to allow the uation of the corrosion resistance of metals used in vehicle bodies where there is a significant influence of chloride ions, mainly as sodium chloride from winter road de-icing salt. This test is cyclic in nature, i.e.; test specimens are exposed to changing climates over time.
Test specimens are placed in an enclosed chamber and exposed to a changing climate.
The test comprises 3 alternative 24 hour single cycles, methods A, B and C.
Method A comprises 17 hours saltwater spraying, 3 hours forced drying, 2 hours saltwater dipping and finally 2 hours natural drying.

Method C comprises 4 hours saltwater spraying, 5 hours forced drying, 12 hours wetting, 2 hours forced drying and finally 1 hour natural drying.

The number of cycle repeats and therefore the test duration is variable.
This test is also referred to as a Cyclic Corrosion Test, often abbreviated to CCT.
手動測試,對于方法A,應(yīng)在長達(dá)三天的公司假期內(nèi)持續(xù)進(jìn)行鹽水噴灑,并在四天或四天以上的公司假期內(nèi)進(jìn)行自然干燥。另一方面,方法B和C假期不論長短,都可以進(jìn)行自然干燥。在假期里,對于方法A、B和C,連續(xù)的鹽霧噴霧(不適用于方法B和C)和自然干燥的總時(shí)間應(yīng)當(dāng)報(bào)告。
試驗(yàn)周期計(jì)數(shù)
潮濕和干燥交替反復(fù)可加速腐蝕深度。因此,公司假日期間進(jìn)行的連續(xù)鹽水噴霧或自然干燥,不應(yīng)包括在試驗(yàn)周期內(nèi)
交變循環(huán)腐蝕試驗(yàn)條件
1、鹽水噴霧
鹽水噴霧應(yīng)按照TSH1552G表1中所示的條件進(jìn)行。在試驗(yàn)期間,鹽水預(yù)熱器,加濕器和噴霧器內(nèi)的溫度應(yīng)持續(xù)保持在50±1℃。
2、鹽水浸泡
試樣放置在一個塑料容器后,按TSH1552G第2.3節(jié),將準(zhǔn)備的鹽水裝滿容器,直到試樣完全浸入。將容器蓋上蓋子,儲存在恒溫加熱爐內(nèi),爐溫控制在50±1℃。當(dāng)試樣浸入的時(shí)候,鹽水溫度應(yīng)達(dá)到50±1℃。
3、強(qiáng)制干燥
將試樣放在配備有通風(fēng)扇的烘干機(jī)內(nèi),這樣試樣容易干燥。在風(fēng)扇作用下,提高烘干機(jī)溫度,從室溫(15-20℃)提高至70℃,并在指定的時(shí)間內(nèi)保持溫度在70±1℃,濕度在30%或更低一些。
4、自然干燥
將試樣保留在房間里,這樣試樣容易干燥。在試驗(yàn)期間雖然沒有特殊的通風(fēng)要求。建議是保持室溫在20-30℃
5、潤濕條件
在指定的時(shí)間內(nèi),將試樣暴露在溫度50±1℃濕度85-90%條件下。
試驗(yàn)時(shí)間和試樣數(shù)量
應(yīng)按照要求確定試驗(yàn)時(shí)間(周期數(shù)),考慮零件的腐蝕環(huán)境。如果同時(shí)要對工件壽命的持續(xù)時(shí)間進(jìn)行評估,那么為此目的要專門準(zhǔn)備另外的試樣。
